The service provided was great, with communication about the approximate arrival time and a later confirmation of the arrival time. The individual was very respectful and had enough experience to offer guidance, even on matters beyond their role as a notary. They were able to provide assistance in a convenient manner, especially when it was not possible to travel to a bank or other location.
