The SOS affixes a page along with a red seal that is shown partly on the SOS cover page and also the notary certificate.
A - It includes the travel fees to and from the place of notarization, along with the travel fee to the Secretary of State office.
It also includes waiting time and parking at the SOS office.
Any notarization or additional waiting time will be added.
