My name is Helen Wardale and I am the owner and founder of Totally Notary, located in the San Francisco east bay community of Pleasanton, California. I am a full-time notary public and owner of a DMV registration service, licensed and contracted to perform vehicle renewals and transfers in real time.
I am registered with the California Secretary of State as an Immigration Consultant and am qualified to complete the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification for remote employees. I am also registered with the SoS as a Private Service company to facilitate Apostille requests for documents going overseas. Business hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm, Tue, Thur 12:00pm-5:00pm and Sat 12:00pm-4:00pm.
Totally Notary's office is centrally located on Main Street in downtown Pleasanton.When you visit our office there is no travel fee and your notarizations can be performed in privacy and comfort.
It is recommended that you call ahead or schedule an appointment in advance to ensure prompt service as I may be on a mobile appointment.
Totally Notary will travel to your home, business, or mutually agreed upon location to serve your notary needs.
A travel fee may apply in addition to the state regulated notarization fee, but may be waived in certain circumstances.

We found Totally Notary and Helen same day, after we got the run around at our bank that was supposed to be able to do some notary tasks for us. Helen met us at her office and my wife has mobility issues and we wouldn't be able to make it up to the second floor, she came down and did the complete session in the lobby. No fuss, she knew her stuff and made it quick and her rates were more than reasonable. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

We also needed to print an additional piece of paper to be printed, and she was gracious enough to let us use her printer and did not even allow us to pay for it. Quick and easy notary service! Recommend call ahead as shes not always at the office but even for a walk-in Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes (in a comfy leather chair no less!). $15 for notary and standard rates for other services, I think I will try her for vehicle registration this year too. Like this review if you dont want to ever see the inside of a DMV again!

Service you can't pass up for notary, car registration without the wait or DMV lines. I called today and Helen answered, we talked for a moment and I made a 4pm appointment. Mine was for out of state registration (Texas to California) I had the vehicle smog checked prior to going and took the required documents I needed (smog check, insurance the vehicle itself that needs registration and my previous registration). After a quick application she fills out for you, a few pictures of the vehicle stickers to verify all matches I was out in 20 minutes with a small fee for her service. Try doing that at the DMV. Wish she offered my services as it was as simple as it gets. Thank you

Helen is a wonderfully attentive notary with an extremely flexible schedule. The office has plenty of parking and is just up the stairs. Bring cash as the fees are low by law and credit cards probably take a big slice from her margins.

Helen helped us notarize a real estate sale at the last minute - she was quick, efficient, and very kind, waiving her usual travel fee to come to our house, and then going *back* to her office to print out some documents when we realized we didn't have everything we needed. She was awesome, highly recommend her.
